Initial Contact (Intent Communication)
Meetings/emails to understand core needs, pain points, and goals, introduce company background and cases, and build cooperation trust.
Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
The technical team conducts in-depth requirement analysis with the partner, analyzing current situation, business processes, and information systems. A preliminary solution is designed (including technical architecture, functional planning, implementation cycle, and cost-benefit analysis).
Solution Review, Letter of Intent & Contract Signing
Both parties discuss solution details, cooperation model, and investment scale. A feasibility study or Proof of Concept (PoC) is provided. Upon consensus, a Letter of Intent or Memorandum of Understanding is signed.
Both parties confirm scope, responsibilities, delivery time, budget, and payment. A formal contract is signed, and a joint project team is established with liaison and communication mechanisms.
Project Implementation & Stage Acceptance
Carry out system development, deployment, and testing as agreed in the contract. Adopt an agile/phased delivery model, with acceptance and confirmation by the partner upon completion of each phase. Conduct regular project progress review meetings to ensure transparency.
Final Delivery & Training Support
Complete system rollout and final delivery. Provide training (operation manuals, maintenance manuals, knowledge transfer) to partner teams. Ensure a smooth system transition and commissioning.
Operations & Long-term Cooperation
Provide ongoing technical support and system maintenance services. Regularly collect feedback from partners and optimize the system. Based on the effectiveness of the collaboration, expand into new areas of cooperation or deepen strategic collaboration.

Chao Wang
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer (CEO & CTO)With a solid technical background and extensive multinational team management experience, Mr. Wang graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2010. He has worked at IBM China Development Center, Finastra UK, Nagravision Switzerland, and its U.S. subsidiary Nagrastar, where he participated in and led projects such as enterprise content management platforms, financial asset pricing models, streaming DRM systems, and intelligent business analytics platforms. He successfully delivered solutions for governments, financial institutions, and leading North American TV and streaming companies. At Nagrastar, he led the team in designing and developing an AI-powered smart customer service response system, which was successfully deployed in the U.S. and European markets. As co-founder of Smart Home & Smart Life in the U.S., he continues to advance AI-driven smart home and smart life innovations, demonstrating both deep technical expertise and strategic leadership.
Xi Zhao(Charlie)
Chief Operating Officer (COO)Mr. Zhao is the founder of the U.S. Famous Education Alliance, fully responsible for strategic planning, execution, and long-term development. Skilled in integrating cross-industry resources, building diverse collaboration networks, and improving organizational efficiency and resilience through process optimization and refined management. In complex and dynamic project environments, he can oversee the big picture while ensuring efficient execution in details, driving strategic ideas into tangible results. With deep insights into the education industry and innovative thinking, he explores integration paths between education and technology, globalization and localization, leading the organization to new opportunities. Johnathan Chang
Chief Data Officer (CDO)Johnathan holds an Executive MBA and a Master of Education from Harvard Business School. He currently serves as an alumni admissions officer at Brandeis University, a career coach for Harvard University students, and an alumni interviewer for Harvard University. He is also a member of the American Association for College Admission Counseling and possesses a deep understanding of the international higher education system and talent selection mechanisms. Throughout his career, he has continuously engaged in research on data resource integration and artificial intelligence applications, possessing a unique perspective that integrates cutting-edge technology with industry practices. He excels at deeply integrating data strategy, intelligent analysis, and business objectives, driving organizations to establish data-driven decision-making systems and helping companies achieve sustainable growth through digital transformation, precision operations, and strategic upgrades. At the same time, Johnathan has both an educational and business background, and is able to promote efficient collaboration and resource optimization in complex cross-disciplinary environments, opening up new development paths for enterprises and institutions.
Haiyong Liang (PhD)
Chief Education Officer (CEdO)Dr. Liang holds a doctorate in Education, specializing in Psychometrics (Rasch/IRT) and Biometric Measurement (iMotions certified). He has served as an examiner and chief examiner for international and Hong Kong high-stakes exams, including the IB Visual Arts Exam and the HKDSE Visual Arts and Design Exam. From 2006 to 2012, he was a subject expert for the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ). Since 2013, he has been a member of the judging panel for the Hong Kong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition. He is also an Adobe Certified Educator (2012). In 2025, he was appointed as Advisor and Review Committee Member of the “National Children and Youth Comprehensive Cultural and Sports Showcase Public Welfare Activity” by Beijing Zhonghong Medical Health Research Center, Beijing HuanYu Ballet Art Center, and Beijing Xinkang Charity Foundation.
